Ryan-Dittmann Insurance is honored to be able to state that our staff averages over 15 years in service to our clients.
The experience of our staff includes Claims Adjustment, Wholesale Brokerage, Captives, Construction, Banking, and Education. In short, the staff has the experience associated with agencies in much larger metro areas. We bring “big city” knowledge and experience, coupled with the “small town” attitude of service and personal relationships.
Finally, the entire staff at Ryan-Dittmann Insurance is always dedicated to serving our client. That client is the most important part of our business. We never lose sight of the fact that we do not exist without our clients!
Our Team
The producers of Ryan-Dittmann Insurance have demonstrated a longstanding commitment to leadership within the insurance industry by serving in numerous appointed and elected positions. Their experience includes four insurance carrier Agent Advisory Panel chairmanships, recognition as Kansas Agent of the Year, leadership and service on multiple Kansas Association of Insurance Agents committees, Chair and Member of the Kansas Fair Plan Committee, service on the Kansas Workers’ Compensation Insurance Plan Governing Board, and involvement with the Kansas Financial & Insurance Education Foundation.

With more than 30 years in the insurance industry, Bert brings extensive experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of the customers and communities he serves. Licensed in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, Bert has built his career around personal service and lasting relationships, taking pride in being a trusted resource for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the region.

Jimmy has been a licensed Personal and Commercial Lines insurance professional since 2018. As an Agent and Customer Service Representative, he brings a knowledgeable, service-focused approach to every interaction, working closely with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide the reliable support they can count on.

Poppy has been a licensed insurance professional for more than 20 years, with experience in both Personal and Commercial Lines since 2003 and Life Insurance since 2005. As an Agent and Customer Service Representative, she is committed to taking great care of her customers, providing responsive, dependable service and helping ensure they have the coverage that’s right for them.
