Competition is a constant part of the Insurance Business. Every agency and agent in the world will tell you that they have the best staff, the experience, the service, etc. Anything to lure you away from your current agent! And, what else would you expect them to say. They are trying to, in a nutshell imply that they are better able and qualified to handle your insurance needs.
I have even seen and heard that some use a line such as “we are just trying to feed our families”. Well DUH! We are all, in any line of work, trying to do that aren’t we! And that type of approach tells me that their real concern is generating income for themselves, not servicing the client with the best coverage at the best cost.
Think about it.
